            Heavy gauge clear plastic flatware—$1.00 per person (included in most buffets)

            Set up and break down—$250-$400 per event depending upon extent and scope of event.

            Delivery charge starting at $13.00.

            Service charge 5% to 18%, depending upon extent and type of service.
