Will Osgood is a Summa Cam Laude
graduate of the Culinary Institute of America, Hyde Park New York. Will brings
over 35 years of diverse culinary experience to Pipers, and has worked in over
40 food service establishments during the course of his career. He spent over
10 years in the corporate sector with such companies as Steak and Ale, Host
International, Restaura, and L.S. Ayres (May Company). He has worked in all
facets of the industry from four star classic French to industrial feeding and
in several different regions of the country. Will has facilitated parties of up
to 5000 and has managed as many as 100 events in one day. He prides himself in
a customized detailed approach to every event and plate of food he serves. He
strongly believes that you do "whatever it takes" to make people happy. Will is
constantly working to create new exciting foods and is well connected with
other caterers and chefs in different areas of the country in an effort to stay
"in front" of trends in the Indianapolis market. Will is a hands on owner, who
greatly enjoys developing relationships with his guests (clients).

Tania Lipe. Tania has worked in
the food service profession for 17 years. Tania had 2 years of culinary
education at Central Nine. She is a very talented pastry chef and also
possesses great hands-on culinary skills. Tania acts as the main event and
facility coordinator. Tania handles all booking, proposals and initial meetings with prospective
clients, including food tastings.
Lindsey Osgood works in
conjunction with Anna Batio in event planning and event execution. Lindsey has
long been one of Pipers best customer service representatives in the dining
room. Because of this, she oversees all the aspects of service for every major
event. In this role Lindsey acts as "captain" and directly manages the timing
and execution of service. She also oversees the service of the "head table" and
guests of honor at all events.
Anna Batio. Anna is Pipers event
coordinator and works with our clients in planning every detail of each event.
Anna also oversees the execution of all event details, during the events. Anna
prides herself in going "above and beyond" our clients expectations to keep
Pipers at the forefront in the Indianapolis market as Caterer of choice. Anna
is excellent in her ability to think creatively to exceed our client's
expectations in decor and room design. She is very talented in her ability to
take clients vision and transform it into an event theme.
Lydia Johnson. Lydia is Pipers
catering chef and is directly responsible for food production, purchasing, and
food execution for each event. Lydia is very skilled and gifted in food production.
She is an artist and possesses a high level of proficiency in garde manner
(artistic food display) and plate presentation.
