In addition to our Corporate on and offsite events, our 200+ weddings each year, Pipers at the Marott hosts many other kind of parties and celebrations. WE do many holiday parties, anniversaries, fund raisers, live auctions, conferences, book signings, collegiate events, dances and everything in between. 

Our services includes unique event lighting, a creative culinary team, custom designed menus, and state of the art event design to leave your guest talking about your event for years to come. As soon as you enter the Grand Lobby with its beautiful crystal chandelier and marble floors you will be captured by the comfort and elegance of The Marott. Call to schedule a tour of the beautiful The Grand Ballroom, glass topped Atrium, and the famous “Crystal Room" and our Meridian Room. All our events are treated with detailed care from our event specialists with over 30 years experience.

INCLUDED IN YOUR ROOM RENTAL: With each room rental {up to 5 hours max} you get a choice of poly linens and cloth napkins in over 50 colors {upgrades also available} for events over 100 guests. You will also have use of our brown Chiavari chairs and brown cushions, tables, complimentary ceiling RGB lighting in our ballroom and atrium in many colors, vintage bar for those purchasing bar packages, use of our interactive floor plan and seating chart program and all set up and tear down for your event.

Catering Options

We provide many catering options at Pipers at the Marott for all our events. In addition to our culinary packages and action stations below, we also cater to those with specific allergies, or vegan and vegetarian lifestyles. We also have special meals for your younger guests that they will enjoy right along with the adults {at a reduced price}.

Our dinners are served by our highly trained wait staff guided by our Service Manager and Closing Captain. Our premium table-side delivery will create an ambiance to treat all your guests like royalty. You can also add a wine pour {red or white} to wow your guests and have your tablescape designed with all your specifics.

For those who like to get up and move we have a variety of custom action stations to impress and delight even the pickiest eater. Many have one of our own Chef participating in the event or delivering custom orders. 

Our appetizers come in an elegant style down to our home town favorites. Each can be designed into a stand alone self serve station or passed by our skillfully trained servers. 

When deciding on your event meals we have TWO OPTIONS. We have a daytime option with no food minimums [event must end by 4pm weekdays and 3pm weekends} and can easily use our breakfast, lunch boxed meal menus. Our evening events must use the top row menus starting out with our appetizers, actions stations, etc.

The Crystal Room is our most popular rented room serves as a magnificent setting for Galas, Holiday Parties and Special Events. This room’s original 1926 marble floors and five chandeliers will take your breath away and will leave your guests in awe!

The Atrium Courtyard

The Atrium is centrally located within the facility and serves as the ideal cocktail reception, anniversary or birthday party or a school dance. The glass ceiling and pond make a unique and beautiful backdrop along with our detailed ceiling decor and arched side walls.

The Grand Ballroom is our largest space and is frequently used for conferences, fund raisers, live auctions, collegiate parties and holiday parties. This room can also include a center view dance floor and private bar.  Each of our rooms come with the us of complimentary tables, Chiavari chairs and a choice of linen and napkin in any color to fit your event design.

Our Meridian Room will seat up to 100 for training and seminars, 125 for cocktail reception or 60 site down event such as bridal or baby showers, smaller parties and intimate gatherings.
